Always remember to backup often!
Clicking the Save/ Load menu item opens the screen that allows new companies to be created in BibsBooks. On that screen, you will also see options to save, load, and backup files. At the bottom of the screen, under the title “Companies” is a list of all files currently loaded into the BibsBooks accounting program.
When you backup a file there are two options, backup encrypted or backup text file. You should use encrypted to protect the privacy of your financial records.
